Legacy
Massimo Osti's archive represents his physical portfolio and the synthesis of his creative journey. His testimony to new generations of designers.
It contains more than 5,000 objects, ranging from the earliest prototypes, Osti's handwritten notes, samples of never-released projects, thousands of experimental fabrics and laboratory tanks for garment dyeing.
"In my opinion, a product can be considered modern when its form is based on its function" - MASSIMO OSTI
From samples of military-inspired hoods, details and pockets, 1960s space suits, the seasonal 'fisarmoniche' used to communicate with the prototyping department (materials, treatments, washes) to collaborations with automotive excellence, Osti had an uncommonly pioneering attitude that pushed the boundaries beyond the field of clothing.
