TRAMA 3D DOUBLE DYED
Trama 3D returns as part of the ongoing research developed by Massimo Osti Studio with Limonta | 1893. Inspired by industrial airbag manufacturing processes and three-dimensional surface constructions, the Trama 3D Jacquard technique is applied here to a blazer and a Harrington jacket, combining nylon and cotton. Subjected to a double garment-dyeing process in a single dye bath, the two fibres absorb two colour differently, creating contrasts between the interior and exterior while highlighting the complexity of the construction.

Trama 3D esplora il potenziale della tecnologia Jacquard nell'outerwear. Partendo da un singolo filato, tasche, loghi e dettagli strutturali vengono integrati direttamente nella superficie tessile. I pannelli vengono successivamente tagliati al laser secondo una precisa mappatura dei componenti, riducendo al minimo le cuciture.
