Cardigan in vulcanised wool with TPU details

Cardigan crafted from an extrafine merino wool knit integrated with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) reinforcements in areas most exposed to friction and wear. The wool yarn is produced through an extrusion process in which the textile fibre is coated with a thermoplastic polymer. At selected points, merino wool is co‑knitted with TPU and subsequently vulcanised under high temperature and pressure, allowing the TPU to fuse with the knit and form durable, monolithic reinforcements. This construction enhances long‑term structural integrity in high‑stress zones, while preserving the wool’s natural softness, elasticity and breathability throughout the rest of the garment. The design is completed by a full zip fastening, an open chest pocket, and raised seams at the armholes. Pressed polyurethane detailing on the sleeves, zip piping and logos applied on the chest and back, and a MOS plaque applied at the hem. Comfort fit.
