Exploration in Utility, in collaboration with Leatherman, reflects Massimo Osti’s multidisciplinary approach as an innovator and inventor beyond clothing, constantly in touch with different industries to extend his research around multi-functional design. Chapter 04 features a modular vest crafted from recycled polyester yarns and hydrophobic microfiber, equipped with two concealable waterproof panels and detachable graphene padding. The collaboration also includes Leatherman’s signature ARC® tool with a customized logo.

Curiosity drives innovation. A principle that Massimo Osti applied to all his creative projects showcasing his multidisciplinary approach beyond clothing: new scooter designs, voice-controlled devices, safety backpacks, and audiobooks.
The Leatherman Vest features two waterproof, ultrasonically welded PVC panels with zip pockets and can be worn in two ways: with the panels stowed behind the front of the vest, accessible through side or frontal cavities when unzipped, or with the panels deployed externally clipped across the chest.
The vest includes packable and removable graphene inserts in the neck, front and back panels.
